The primary goal of the  is to help students and alumni with all their registration, records, and student classification needs. Located on the bottom floor of Savitz Hall, the Registrar is your one-stop for all your questions regarding registration, records, and more. 

Calendars and Schedules

¹ú²úAV makes available all important dates for Undergraduate, Graduate, and Medical Students across every campus.

Academic Calendar
The Academic Calendar provides the official calendar for Rowan holidays, breaks, and the start and end dates of the traditional semesters. This includes ¹ú²úAV and all medical programs (RowanSOM and Cooper Medical).

The Class Schedule, often called Section Tally, offers a full listing of course offerings by term, College, professor, and room availability. 

Dynamic Course Offerings is a tool for students who are interested in using additional search criteria and program descriptions to help support their course registration.

Registration Open Dates

Registration dates and deadlines are posted on the  each term.

Registration opens for a term as outlined below and then remains open until the end of the Regular Drop/Add period for the Part of the Term in which the course appears.

• Fall: usually in March (opens according to student level and classification)** (See Fall 2016 Registration Schedule for Undergraduate Student Classifications within the .)
• Winter: usually in October (opens for all students at one time)
• Spring: usually in October (opens according to student level and classification)** (Spring 2017 Registration Schedule for Undergraduate Student Classifications coming soon.)

Student Self-Service should be used to register for courses, view grades, request official transcripts, and much more

The Office of the University Registrar will manage all registration-related issues for all Rowan students (including Rowan Global and GSBS), with the exception of medical students (RowanSOM and CMSRU).
